This mixed-use affordable housing development was built to provide 24 family based housing units above a multi-use space where Ogden Church services are held. 818 prepared a landscape plan that was cost effective and in line with budgetary limitations.

›  Promoted an active street front with a cafe and patio area acting as an hub for activity and destination for community members.

›  Designed and upper patio space with an outdoor play area for children attending the adjoining daycare.

›  Integrated affordable housing into an established neighborhood in a way that was sensitive to the character of the area.
